CELEBRATING 2025

This year marked an exciting new chapter with the official launch of Momentous Sports, built on the foundation of Magnolia Hill Partners. We’re incredibly grateful for the relationships, conversations, and shared belief that helped bring this vision to life.

Throughout the year, we had the privilege of connecting with passionate partners, operators, and communities who see the power of sports to bring people together and create lasting impact. Those connections have reinforced why this work matters and why we’re excited about what’s ahead.

Most importantly, 2025 was about the people. The trust, collaboration, and shared curiosity from this community have shaped Momentous from the very beginning, and we’re thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey so far.

Franchise Acquisition & Ownership – We're actively pursuing opportunities that align with our investment criteria: high-growth markets, passionate fan bases, and significant real estate development potential.

Strategic Partnerships – We're expanding our network of experienced operators, institutional investors, and strategic advisors who share our vision. 

 Market Expansion – Our goal is to identify thriving communities with strong sports culture but underdeveloped infrastructure, markets where our platform can unlock hidden value through smart capital and thoughtful development.

Thought Leadership – We’re looking ahead to continuing and expanding the conversation around sports as an asset class, not only through our own perspective, but by using our platform to spotlight the operators, investors, and community builders doing exceptional work across the industry. Highlighting those efforts is what makes this work meaningful and energizing.
